Birds of Canada is a website dedicated to bringing to you the incredible diversity of  birds that can be found in Canada and the endless possibilities for birdwatching in this country.

Canada has 426 species of birds occurring within a diverse array of environments, from the songbirds of the boreal forest, to the sparrows and raptors in the prairie grasslands, the shorebirds in the arctic and the seabirds of the Pacific and Atlantic coasts.
Whether you’re a beginner birdwatcher or an experienced birder, this website will have information that is both useful and interesting to you. My goal with this site is to turn your interest in birds into a lifelong passion for birdwatching.

What you are looking at now is just a temporary home page; the design of the overall site is currently being finalized and the first version of this site will be uploaded in the coming weeks.

So, please check back soon. In the meantime, if you would like to get to know the owner of this site, Andre Legris, you can see his Bio here. Or take a gander at his personal website here. And this site is one of a number of websites that Andre has created, part of the Eridani Digital network. You can see the main site for Eridani Digital here.
